The electronic version of the manuals work best when viewed on tablet mobile devices or within a desktop E-Book Reader application.  Any Apple or Android device has a built in E-Book reader. For desktop viewing, on an Apple computer the application for viewing E-Books is iBooks.  On Windows, there is no specified application to view an E-Book, but there are many options that are free to download.  Here is a list of free applications for opening the ePub format on a Windows machine:
