Submit a support ticket with the following information:
- The old manager's email address
- The email address of the new manager
- Your subscription token #
The new manager will need to have an account in the CEHD Store. You can speed up the manager transfer process by making sure the new manager has an account. They can sign-up at this link: https://store.cehd.umn.edu/signup
Then a support agent will make the switch.
