Have you tried resetting your password and are still unable to log-in with your new login details? There are a few things you can try to fix the issue:


- Make sure capslock is off

- Be aware of browser extensions (such as password managers) or auto-fill settings that may not update with your new password.

- Verify that you have an account. For privacy and security reasons, if you request a password change but you don't have an account, the site will not say that you do not have an account. This is to prevent malicious users from having a foolproof way of knowing if someone has an account on a particular site. You can verify that you have an account by searching your email inbox for a welcome email from us, or by filing a support ticket and we can look it up for you.
