From the Ramp-Up website (https://www.rampuptoreadiness.org/about-us) :

Ramp-Up to Readiness™ was designed by a team of teachers, principals and University of Minnesota administrators who shared a common goal of increasing the number and diversity of students who graduate with a postsecondary degree. The aim was to create a network of schools that would implement a college and career readiness framework that was flexible enough to be adapted to fit the unique needs and contexts of schools and their learners across the globe.

The program has been field-tested by partner schools whose ongoing feedback has strengthened the program so that it is now a highly engaging, easy-to-use program that is being implemented not only in Minnesota, but also in Oregon, Utah, Kansas, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, North Dakota, and Connecticut.
